I know it’s not as easy as it seems. I’m very lucky to have a good self-esteem I built all by myself. Write down a list of the things you love about yourself, both inside and outside. Nothing is more beautiful than a normal girl walking her chin held high and being confident about herself. It doesn’t matter if you’re not a model. The important thing is you have to love yourself. And never forget that the biggest liar is the mirror. If people demean you for the outside and don’t get to know you better, they don’t deserve you. They are ugly to the heart and that is extremely hard to change. Always remember that beauty is only skin-deep. And if you let it, the light inside of you will shine through you and people might not see why but they’ll think you are prettier, that you have this little something that makes you unique. It’s thicker than make-up, better than foundation, more useful than mascara. And it’s totally free. It’s called self-confidence and can’t be found in any drug store near you. It lasts a lifetime. You have to create it yourself, like an artist paints. When you do this, you’re sure to leave a mark. Tiny or great, what matters is the mark. So break those chains and stir your own brand of make up. What’s stopping you, anyways?
